Dive Boats
Lahaina Divers operates
Maui's largest, most comfortable and most reliable boats: Dominion
and Dauntless. These custom built vessels are
extremely seaworthy, and offer a comfortable surrounding for passengers
to and from the dive sites. All Lahaina Divers vessels have the
following safety features on board: EPIRB (Emergency Positioning
Beacon), life jackets, life raft, fire extinguishers, USCG approved
medical kit, DAN oxygen unit. Each vessel is also equipped with
a Nextel phone, VHF, and CB radio for immediate ship to shore
contact. |

Our
Dive Vessels: Dominion and Dauntless are 46 feet in length
and were built in Slidell, Louisiana. Each vessel has twin Cummins
430 horsepower diesel engines and is USCG certified. We take a
max of 24 divers on each vessel. Each has two fresh water showers,
a fly bridge with viewing / seating for 12 guests, handicap
accessible boarding and bathroom, pvc tank holds, sturdy
dual ladders for easy exiting from the water to the vessel, and
a “killer” stereo system.
For underwater photographers,
both vessels feature a stable interior table for setting up photo
equipment, and fresh water buckets for camera rinse. |
